LAID BACK MAT: Easy Approach to Pilates

MAT CLASS: Complete workout with all the props satisfying  both beginner and intermediate levels.

BOSU: Great Core Workout on the MAT Integrating  Pilates with a BOSU half ball.

INTERMEDIATE: Advanced workout for those with in depth understanding of the Pilates discipline and control of the core muscles.

YOU MAY ATTEND UP TO 3 CLASSES A WEEK

GROUP REFORMER: Classic workout using the Reformer apparatus.

30’ PRIVATE: One to one 30 minute Pilates session focusing on specific individual needs.

60’ PRIVATE: One to One 60 minute Pilates session using classic Pilates techniques.

CIRCUIT TRAINING: Intense group training, moving you from one exercise to the next in timed intervals using Reformers, Mats and Chairs with two trainers.  12 person max.
